Shipping policy

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received & Crookwell Country Bunches is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, Crookwell Country Bunches will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.

Normal delivery hours for Crookwell Country Bunches are between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12noon Saturday.

Crookwell Country Bunches offers same day delivery for orders to postcode 2583, if submitted before 11pm AEST Monday to Friday &  by 11 am AEST Saturdays.

Crookwell Country Bunches cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for outskirts of Crookwell.

We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.

Any complaints need to be made within 48 hours of delivery to warrant a refund or replacing of flowers. The Flowers must be returned to the Crookwell Country Bunches within 48 hours for the Florist to witness the condition of the flowers.

This is the florist industry policy standard throughout Australia.

As Crookwell Country Bunches is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.

Prices of goods and services & delivery and other charges displayed on the Crookwell Country Bunches website are current at the time of display - these prices are subject to variation without notice.

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
